Cancellation Policy
A $50 booking fee is due at the time of booking, you will be required to pay the remaining cost by the day of service . This will go towards the cost of your service and supplies . Booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
There is a 24 hour cancellation notice requirement in order to avoid cancellation fees .
You will be charged 30% of your service if rescheduled or cancelled within this 24 hour time frame without a prior notice.
A 15 minute grace period will be given, but after this your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee will be lost.
No call/ no show will be charged 50% of your service cost & require any future bookings to be paid for in full, upfront, no exceptions !
